Rev. Gregorio C. Caoagdan was born on November 28, 1938, in Nancamaliran East, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. In 1950, his family migrated to North Cotabato, where he spent his formative years. He later earned his Associate in Theology from Southern Bible Institute in Salunayan, Midsayap, North Cotabato, preparing him for a lifetime of Christian ministry.
In 1962, Rev. Caoagdan and Pstra. Veneranda answered God’s call to ministry and began serving in San Quintin, Pangasinan, where they faithfully ministered for six years. In 1968, they returned to North Cotabato and spent the next ten years shepherding believers across four barangays, sharing the Gospel and strengthening local churches.
In 1978, he and his family returned to Luzon and continued the work of the Lord through ministry at the Grand Stand in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. His dedication to God’s work later brought him to California, USA, where he served as an Associate Pastor from 2004 to 2014.
After returning to the Philippines, Rev. Caoagdan resumed his pastoral ministry in Mabanogbog, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, beginning in 2017. In February 2026, he accepted a new pastoral assignment at AAG – Doña Trining in Camantiles, Urdaneta City, where he continues to faithfully serve as Vice President of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Personnel Selection Board.
With more than six decades of faithful ministry, Rev. Gregorio C. Caoagdan remains a respected pastor and servant of God whose life has been marked by unwavering faith, humble leadership, and a lifelong commitment to proclaiming the Gospel.
