Biography

Rev. Herminio S. Lacsa serves as one of the Assistant Pastors of Bayanihan Christian Community-Imus, a member of the Board of Trustees of Assembly of the Almighty God, Inc. (AAG), and the Missionary Pastor of Tibok ng Puso ni Hesus Kids Church in Naic, Cavite.

His life in ministry is his central calling, which began in 1990 when he became a new Christian and started participating in outreach and church-planting ministry with Word for the World Christian Fellowship–Malolos.

He was deeply privileged to be mentored by the late Pastor Herbie Carmona, a faithful church planter who helped establish the ministry in Malolos and worked closely with Bible League Philippines until his passing.

Carrying that same missionary heart, God led Rev. Lacsa to serve with the We Exalt You Jesus Foundation from 2015 to 2018 and Reach the Unreach from 2018 to 2022. In 2022, he retired from the business world to devote himself to full-time ministry. He now joyfully leads community evangelistic initiatives, medical missions, and feeding programs.

His journey to the pulpit is a beautiful testament to God’s grace. It began humbly at the age of seven, when he sold samalamig in the sabungan and worked as a street takatak boy during the 1970s. After earning his Associate Degree in Marine Transportation in 1983, he spent years working as an auditor alongside his wife, Lorna Caballero-Lacsa, in the firm she founded as a CPA practitioner.

Happily married since May 26, 1985, Rev. and Mrs. Lacsa share a legacy of four professional sons and two granddaughters. Reflecting on the journey God has brought him through, his soul continuously proclaims:

“Kay Buti-buti ng Panginoon Diyos.”

And my dwelling will be in the house of the Lord forever.”
